Eva Mendes (born in New York City) is a famous American actress and model. She was spotted by a talent agency who was impressed by her talents and urged her to consider a career in the entertainment field. She decided to leave university and enter the industry of entertainment after a lot of contemplation. Her disappointment was by the role she played in the film Children of the Corn V Fields of Terror. She was determined to perfect her acting skills and was in numerous low-budget movies in order to demonstrate her talents. Her patience and her willpower proved fruitful. Her name was praised and she received high praise for her performance in the film Training Day after which her acting career took off. Her well-known movies include 2 Fast 2 Furious, the Hitch Ghost Rider Bad Lieutenant Port of Call New Orleans, and Holy Motors.
